Our Artworks team building activity promotes dynamic interaction and creative expression for your team to bring to your office environment. It’s ideal for teams between 10 and 300 people.
WELCOME CREATIVITY
ArtWorks is a half day long team building activity that is set upinan indoor venue of your choice, that we will turn into your very own art sanctuary. Your team will arrive to find a full-fledged art studio set up with easels, brushes, paint, pencils and everything they need for their creative juices to flow.
IT’S A COLLABORATION, NOT A COMPETITION
Our inhouse artist starts the creative team building session with a lesson in the basics of painting using shapes and colors. It identifies each member’s personality style and facilitates collaboration as the team is challenged and coached to collaborate in creating a large masterpiece.
The session aims to encourage teamwork and open communication asit focuses on the Big Pictureapproach; your team will need to cooperate, share ideas and openly communicate to complete it. Its aneffective team building activity that identifies personality styles and recognizes the innovative, creative and artistic talents within your team.
And voila! A masterpiece is born through teamwork and collaboration – a beautiful example of how great things can happen when people work together. you can decorate your office with this everlasting reminder of the beautiful art that your team created through collective creativity, open communication and teamwork.
